Before meditation begins we are guided with hatha yoga stretches and deeply relaxing breathing techniques.

Chanting and Meditation -
Wednesday Evenings, 7:30-9PM
During this program we focus on two main practices of Siddha Yoga -- chanting and meditation. The sweetness of chanting stills the mind, releases weariness and opens the heart. The vibration of the chant helps us to deepen our meditation experience. On this evening we begin with a chant followed by meditation instructions and a half hour meditation. Everyone is warmly welcome.
