SIDDHA Yoga Orientation - Saturdays, 7PM
A brief introduction to the Siddha Yoga Path.

Evening Arati - First Saturday of Each Month, 6:15PM
A ritual act of worship to Bhagawan Nityananda, a great Siddha who embodies the light of Consciousness.  During this beautiful chant a flame of light, symbolic of the individual soul, is waved before an image of Bhagawan Nityananda each morning and evening in Siddha Yoga ashrams around the world.  Here in Miami, we honor Nityananda by singing this prayer at the beginning of each new month.

Guru Gita - Sunday Mornings, 8:30-10AM
The Guru Gita is an ancient hymn that describes the beautiful Guru/disciple relationship and celebrates the Guru Principle.  In Siddha Yoga Ashrams around the world, this prayer is chanted each morning.  Following the chant, a light breakfast is available.

Open Meditation - Monday Evenings, 6 - 7:30 PM
Swami Muktananda says that we should, “Dwell on yourself, Honor yourself. Respect yourself. Meditate on yourself. God dwells within you as you.” In the seclusion of the sacred hall enter the space of the heart through the practice of meditation. Hatha Yoga sprang from the meditation great sages as a tool to ready the body and mind for meditation.

In keeping with this ancient yogic tradition this program includes hatha yoga stretches, deep relaxation and breathing techniques before meditation. These stretches are very gentle and are terrific to unwind the body from the days work and ready the mind for letting go into meditation.

Program schedule:
6:00pm Hatha yoga and Deep breathing techniques
6:30pm Gurumayi will guide us into meditation by CD
  7:00pm Silent Open meditation

Intergenerational Satsang - Fourth Saturday of Every Month, 7:30-9PM
On this evening families with older children are encouraged to join the Siddha Yoga community and share Siddha Yoga principles, practices and teachings with their children.  Satsang begins with a 25 minute chant, followed by a video or audio selection of Gurumayi’s teachings and meditation with instruction. This evening offers a way for families to explore a teaching together and practice implementing it at home.

Family Satsang - Fourth Saturday of the month from 5:00 to 6:00 PM
We are happy to be offering a special Family Satsang for families and friends with children 8 years or younger, as we chant and explore other practices that will highlight the teachings of Siddha Yoga. A light meal will be served at 6PM as well as immediately following the program.

Chanting and Meditation - Wednesday Evenings, 7:30-9PM
During this program we focus on two main practices of Siddha Yoga -- chanting and meditation. The sweetness of chanting stills the mind, releases weariness and opens the heart. The vibration of the chant helps us to deepen our meditation experience. On this evening we begin with a chant followed by meditation instructions and a half hour meditation. Everyone is warmly welcome.
